What-is-your-return,-cancel

This depends on the product you order.

  • Custom personalised items

If you purchase a custom personalised product this item will be engraved to suit your specific requirements. This means the product will not be suitable for sale to anyone else, so unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return or refund for these orders.

However, if the product is deemed to have a manufacturing or material fault that is out of the ordinary we will rectify the problem, either by repair, exchange or refund. Please note, the determination of what is a manufacturing fault is solely NV London Calcutta’s and a refund will only be offered if we deem this to be the only available solution. Rest assured, we make every effort to produce the highest quality personalisation and pride ourselves on the work we produce.

Personalsied products are designed to meet your needs and we will work with you to make sure you get the final result you are looking for. However, it is important to bear in mind that we are only human and some designs simply may not be possible to translate into leather, even by us! If we have concerns about your request we will let you know when you order.

Cancellation of personalised orders must be made within 1 hour of order confirmation online. Once this time has passed most likely we will have started work on your engraving so will not be able to refund your purchase. However, do let us know if you would like to cancel outside of this time. If we haven’t started working on your order, we will of course refund it for you up to 48hrs after placing it.

  • Standard ranges

Be careful to check the dimensions and product information of the items you are buying carefully before you purchase. If you are unsure of anything, or would like assistance with your purchase don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by phone or email and we will be happy to help. If you do find you would like to cancel and refund your order, you can by returning your order to us within 14 days of purchase. Products that have been used will not be able to be exchanged or refunded.

How-do-I-make-a-return

Please send us an email within 7 days of purchase to ‘Contact@NVLondonCalcutta.com’ stating your order number in the subject and reasoning in the message body. Products should be returned to us no later than 7 days after your notice of cancellation and 14 days from purchase.

Simply repackage the item(s) securely, together with the original packaging, and send back to us. Any costs incurred will be your responsibility, unless the goods are defective or do not marry up with the description. We recommend that you return your order using recorded post, obtaining proof of postage and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss during transit. If items are returned having been damaged whilst in your care, or damaged having not been repackaged with due care and are not in a saleable condition, we must remind you that you are breaching your statutory duty and we may make a claim.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, on receipt of the returned goods, on to the original credit or debit card for the amount indicated on your delivery documentation for the product(s), which will not include shipping and postage.

How-do-I-make-an-exchange

We believe you will be extremely happy with your NV London Calcutta purchase. However, we realise that sometimes you may wish to choose another size or colour, or simply change your mind.

Please send us an email within 7 days of purchase to ‘Contact@NVLondonCalcutta.com’ stating your order number in the subject and reasoning and desired replacement in the message body. Exchange items should be returned to us no later than 7 days from your notice of exchange and 14 days from purchase.

Exchange address:

Once we have received your original order, in saleable condition with the original packaging included (unless found to be faulty on receipt by you) we will issue your exchange, subject to stock availability. If your desired exchange item is not in stock, we will offer an alternative, or issue a refund.

Your exchange will be processed as soon as possible, on receipt of the returned goods. Any additional product costs for items more expensive than the original, plus delivery, will be charged to the original credit card used to pay for the goods. If the exchange item(s) are cheaper you will receive a credit to your original credit card.

We are unable to exchange any SALE items unless the goods are faulty or did not marry up with the description given.
